From 8 to 25 May 2025, the beloved open-air cinema returns to Sentosa’s Tanjong Beach, offering 12 nights of award-winning films, Hendrick’s Gin cocktails, and sea breeze-filled evenings under the stars.
Set along the shoreline and framed by swaying palms, this outdoor cinema is as much about the atmosphere as it is about the screenings. Come early to catch golden hour, settle into a beach chair, sip on something refreshing (try the cucumber lemonade), and tune into the gentle rhythms of a live DJ set. Gates open at 5:30pm, with the movie starting just after sunset at 7:45pm. Audio is delivered through wireless headphones for a more immersive and interruption-free experience.
This year’s line-up is stacked with conversation-worthy titles. There’s The Substance, which took home a prize at Cannes, the much-anticipated Gladiator II, Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield in the romantic We Live in Time, the biographical Lee, and even Wicked starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. If you’re after a throwback, catch Spielberg’s E.T. or the gripping documentary Free Solo on the big screen.
Tickets are priced at $44.80 and include your movie, a Hendrick’s Gin cocktail, headphones, beach chair seating, and a post-show shuttle to Harbourfront MRT. Whether you’re planning a date night, group hang, or solo wind-down, it’s a breezy way to end the day, and a refreshing shift from the usual cinema scene.
